We guarantee the value of what we negotiate will always exceed $99. For example, if a venue is $20,000 and we secure a 10% discount, 20% of that saving is passed on to you — that is $400 in savings on a $20,000 venue, compared to the $99 you paid us. If our negotiated value does not exceed $99, we refund the difference.
We deliver your shortlist of 5 venues within 2 weeks of receiving your payment and completed questionnaire. The full negotiation typically takes another 1 to 2 weeks. Couples doing this alone typically spend 3 months on the same process.
You are free to contact venues directly. However, the negotiated discount only applies when the booking goes through us. If you go directly, you will not receive the negotiated rate and we retain the $99 fee for the work already completed.

Service Agreement

VENUE CONSULTANT SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement is entered into as of the date of acceptance between VenueConsultant.ca, 50 Samor Road, North York, Ontario, Canada ("Consultant") and the Client identified below.

1. SERVICES

1.1 Scope of Services

  • Conduct a structured intake to assess the Client's event requirements
  • Source and engage a curated selection of suitable venues
  • Obtain availability, preliminary pricing, and relevant event details
  • Present a refined shortlist of recommended venues
  • Provide comparative insights and strategic recommendations
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with selected venues

1.2 Negotiation Services

  • The Consultant will negotiate with up to two (2) selected venues on behalf of the Client
  • Additional venue negotiations may be provided at a fee of $99 per venue

2. TIMELINE

  • Estimated service duration: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Timelines are dependent on third-party venue responsiveness
  • The Consultant does not guarantee response times or availability

3. FEES & PAYMENT

Standard Fee: $299 — Promotional Fee: $99 (limited-time). Full payment is required prior to commencement of services. Payment is a one-time, non-recurring fee. Accepted methods: Credit Card, Email Money Transfer.

4. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

If the total negotiated savings achieved for the Client is less than the service fee paid, the Client will receive a refund equal to the difference. Savings are determined based on lowered minimum spending, negotiated discounts, favourable terms, and added value from venues. The Consultant retains sole discretion in determining reasonable valuation of savings.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Review and approve options promptly

The Consultant is not responsible for delays caused by Client inaction.

6. EXCLUSIVITY & NON-CIRCUMVENTION

The Client agrees that the Consultant shall act as the exclusive representative for venue sourcing and agrees not to directly contact, negotiate with, or engage any venues introduced by the Consultant without the Consultant's involvement. This clause remains enforceable for 6 months following termination of this Agreement.

7. LIMITATION OF SERVICES

The Consultant does not act as a legal representative, does not execute contracts on behalf of the Client, does not manage payments between Client and venues, and does not guarantee specific pricing or availability. All final agreements are entered into directly between the Client and the selected venue.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND

All payments are non-refundable except under Section 4. No refund applies if the Client discontinues service voluntarily, fails to respond, or elects not to proceed with recommended options.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Consultant acts solely as an advisor and negotiator. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Consultant shall not be held liable for delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or pandemics.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

All Client information shall be treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
